Rebecca Fraser is an award-winning Australian author, with a solid career of writing with influence across a variety of mediums. To provide her muse with life’s essentials she freelances as a content writer and copy editor; however her true passion lies in storytelling.
Rebecca’s short stories, poems, and flash fiction have appeared in numerous Australian and international anthologies, magazines, and journals since 2007. She actively engages in various writing communities and holds a Master of Arts in Creative Writing, and a Certificate of Publishing (Copy Editing & Proofreading).
Rebecca’s first novel, Curtis Creed and the Lore of the Ocean, a junior teen fantasy adventure was released by IFWG Publishing Australia in 2018. It combines her love of the ocean with her passion for speculative fiction.
A collection of her short stories Coralesque and Other Tales to Disturb and Distract was released in 2021, also by IFWG Publishing Australia.
Rebecca is passionate about sharing her skills and knowledge, and after several years of mentoring beginner writers and helping emerging writers achieve their creative dreams, she developed StoryCraft Creative Writing Workshops for aspiring writers of every age and ability.
